Black Isle Photo Festival and Cream Tea  - Culbokie Community Trust

26 August 2023

Starts: 14:00
Ends: 16:00

Saturday 26 August  2.00 - 4.00   Findon Hall  Culbokie

From the CCT's July newsletter

Thank you to everyone who entered photos for this year’s “Seasons of the Black Isle” Photography Competition, which is now closed for entries.  The judges are busy considering all the photos so that they will be ready to announce the prize-winners at a special Photo Festival event at Findon Hall on the afternoon of Saturday August 26th.  All photo entries will be included in a rolling slide show and prize-winning entries will be on display.  Our experienced judges, Ian Rhind, Sandy Young and Mathias Kremer, will be in attendance to comment on the prizewinning entries, besides offering photography hints and tips.  Examples of their own seasonal photos will also be on display.

The event this year is generously sponsored by the EV charging company, PoGo, while sponsors of the prizes in each category are Culbokie Inn, ARK Estates (Scotland) Ltd and Culbokie Stores Ltd.

Join us to view seasonal photos of the Black Isle,  while enjoying a delicious cream tea; study the prizewinning seasonal photos on display; meet the judges; and, if you dare, go on a photo scavenger hunt with the children in Findon Hall Garden.

Tickets (to include the cream tea, £5 for adults and £2 for children) will be available from Monday, July 17th, at Culbokie Spar or reserve tickets by emailing event@culbokiect.org
